Triumph Collectibles Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• Coverage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will also provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability, if the product is damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

• Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at contact@triumphcollectibles.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.
• Return Shipping: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it or have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

• Shipping Method: We recommend returning items using a tracked service with insurance, especially for high-value items. Triumph Collectibles is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. International Returns

• Responsibility: International customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. Please ensure you use a tracked and insured service to avoid issues.

6. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you used a credit card, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be applied.

7. Exchanges

• Availability: If stock allows, we offer exchanges for the same item if it is damaged or defective. If the item is not available, we will issue a full refund.
